Bella - Border Collie Dog

Ask the staff to tell you about what she can do! Bella has lots of energy and likes to be busy all the time. She likes her toys and will gather them in one area. She needs lots of exercise and outings with guardian. She is housetrained and is used to being indoors and outdoors. She has lived with other dogs and cats, but has never been around young children before. She isn't used to riding in vehicles, but it's something she's slowly growing confidence in. She is quick to learn and eager to please. She can be initially timid in new situations so needs to be introduced to people and new situations slowly. Bella likes to be with you so may get anxious when left alone. She will need to get used to spending time alone slowly a few minutes at a time. Bella is looking for an active, yet patient, guardian who can spend lots of time with her and take her on lots of outings. She will make a wonderful companion to a lucky guardian! A behaviour counselling session with our Adoption Staff is necessary before adopting any animal to ensure success.
