Heavy Equipment Parts and Service Advisor (2163-046)

The Heavy Equipment Parts & Service Advisor is responsible for promoting and selling Brandt parts as well as providing service and after sales support to existing and new customers. The successful candidate must be a highly focused individual who is dedicated to meeting customer needs and providing solutions when promoting and selling products and services. Duties and Responsibilities: * Advising customers on current and new products and services * Provide solution to address customer needs and wants * Increasing parts and service sales by implementing a yearly territory plan. * Cooperating with the management to meet budget goals and expand the current customer bases. * Successfully achieve parts and service sales based on territory targets. * Maintain long-term relationships with customers and ensure proper territory coverage is met.
