Shelter: BC SPCA - Kamloops & District Branch Animal ID: 513403 Birthdate: January 12, 2017 - Adult Spayed/Neutered: Yes Female This wallflower is ready to bloom into the confident lady she was born to be! Suki came to us from a rural property and had not spent much time around humans. With a little patience from her caregivers and the help of anti-anxiety medication, Suki has learned about all the good things in life - treats, toys, soft beds and nice long walks! Once she is comfortable with people her silly, playful side will come out and she'll keep you laughing for the rest of your days. Suki is quite stressed by car rides and tends to get sick. Suki needs a home with no young children as she has never been around them and is easily startled. She can be very picky about her other canine friends, so slow and proper introductions are important for her. She probably won't ever be a fan of the dog parks for multiple reasons. If you take Suki home she promises to show you that the love of a shy dog is truly the purest form of love. *Due to COVID-19 we've made changes to our adoption process. To adopt: 1.
