THE VILLAGE OF ASHCROFT LIFEGUARD Required QualificationsNational Lifeguard Service (NLS) Award Red Cross Aqua Leader Certificate CPR Certificate Chemical testing, pool monitoring, safety procedures, cleaning and concession sales are all a part of the lifeguard's job description along with other duties as required. The rate of pay is $18.81 per hour. This position runs from the first week of July through to Labour Day. Hours of work vary from approximately 24 &ndash 32 hours per week.
