Sticky Business Inc. is currently seeking a self-driven and highly motivated permanent FULL TIME Printing Press Operator to become part of our growing business. Position: PRINT OPERATOR Location: Victoria, British Columbia Website: www.stickybusiness.com NO EXPERIENCE IN RUNNING PRINTING PRESSES NEEDED – only an excellent knowledge of Adobe Illustrator – we will provide training on the various printing machines. YOU You are a self-starter and a quick learner. You LOVE running narrow web printing presses & wide format digital presses and get a kick out of producing top quality world class custom label, decal and embossed foil seal products. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: EXCELLENT Adobe Illustrator skills Excellent interpersonal & communication skills Self-motivated and quality conscious A keen eye to detail and quality Excellent working knowledge of the MS Office suite of software Excellent understanding of the Internet, the World Wide Web and Email software SKILLS, ABILITIES & PERSONAL SUITABILITY: A proven POSITIVE & ENTHUSIASTIC team player A positive & passionate personality with the natural ability to communicate with people Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Possess extraordinary people skills which compliment your drive and ambition Strong interpersonal skills, sales knowledge and creative approach to attaining success Excellent organizational skills Superior skills related to spoken, listening and written communication PRIMARY OBJECTIVES: Run and maintain a variety of digital narrow web & wide format label presses Work closely with the fellow Press Operators and the Project Manager WE PROVIDE: Training and continued feedback to ensure your success A casual and fun office environment.
