Private Investigator

POSITION: Surveillance Operative-Private Investigator - Unrestricted preferred AREA OF COVERAGE: Kamloops and surrounding areas- positions also available in the lower mainland and Vancouver Island. LICENSING REQUIREMENTS: Valid Unrestricted BC Private Investigators license, clean driving abstract, no criminal record, valid BCDL, proof of licensed and insured vehicle OTHER: current video/camera equipment, cell phone, and your vehicle equipped to conduct surveillance SKILL SET: o Quick thinking problem solver, with strong observation skills o Reliable, dependable, honest, resourceful and available o Safe, with exceptional, driving skills o The ability to blend in o Analytical thinker who approaches a situation from all angles and comes up with workable and discreet solutions o Organized, detail-oriented and concise o Be able to work independently, be self-motivated, but also work well with others and in team operations o Be able to follow direction and instructions as given o Be able to coherently and concisely write observations in a chronological and detailed fashion o Use computer resources to maximize your results and to use time effectively o The ability to write reports, to supervise or train in the area of surveillance is an asset for potential candidates o Able to travel across the Province and, at times, out of province COMPENSATION: Dependent upon experience- $20 to $40 per hour Results matter.
