Frankly coffee and Bistro in Kamloops, BC is currently seeking experienced Food Service Supervisor. Working (Business) Location: 437 Lansdowne St, Kamloops, BC V2C 1Y2 Position: Food Service Supervisor Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time (30~40 hours per week) Wage: $20 per hour Responsibilities: - Supervises and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and serve food - Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures - Establish work schedules - Estimate and order ingredients and supplies - Maintain records of stock, sales and wastage. - Ensure food and service meet quality standards - Respond to customer issues.
